The Embodiment of YOU
1:1 In person or via zoom. A deeply personalised healing immersion to reconnect with your heart, your intuition, and the wisdom that already lives within you.
This three-hour experience is a sacred space created entirely for you.
Drawing together the many healing modalities I have studied and embodied over the years, each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique journey. There is no set formula—every experience unfolds in alignment with what you need most in that moment.
Together we may journey with the heart-opening medicine of Ceremonial Cacao, Breathwork, Meditation, Energy Healing, Intuitive Guidance and Sacred Ceremony. We gently explore the layers of self, reconnect with your inner child, higher self and spirit allies, and create space for healing, clarity and transformation.
Throughout the session, I work intuitively with your energy, supporting the balancing of your chakra system, clearing stagnant energy, and exploring patterns or karmic themes that may be ready to be acknowledged and released. This is an incredible offering for your whole nervous system. We conclude with a personalised four-card intuitive reading to offer guidance, insight and integration.

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have for healing, self-discovery and transformation. It has the ability to gently guide you beyond the busy mind, reconnect you with your body, and create space for profound emotional and energetic release.
During this personalised one-on-one session, I create a safe, compassionate and nurturing space where you can slow down, soften and journey inward. Together, we use the power of Spirit Breathwork to explore what may be ready to be acknowledged, felt and released, allowing you to reconnect with your heart, your inner wisdom and your authentic self.
Every breathwork journey is unique. No two sessions are ever the same, because each experience unfolds in response to what your body, mind and soul are ready for. Whether you're seeking emotional healing, greater clarity, nervous system support, deeper self-awareness or simply a stronger connection with yourself, your breath will gently lead the way.
I facilitate these sessions with deep care, integrity and respect for the breath. I am professionally trained and certified through Spirit Breathwork Australia and Cacao Mama International under Tess Martin, creating a supportive environment where you can explore your inner world at your own pace.

Ceremonial Cacao has been honoured for centuries as a sacred plant medicine, lovingly known as the "Food of the Gods" and the medicine of the heart. When approached with intention and respect, cacao gently invites us to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.
Each ceremony I facilitate is intuitively guided and completely unique. Together, we gather in a safe and sacred space to journey with Ceremonial Cacao through breathwork, meditation, embodied movement, journalling, intention setting, prayer and healing practices that support reflection, connection and personal transformation.
These ceremonies are an opportunity to pause from the busyness of everyday life, listen to your inner guidance, and create space for healing, clarity and self-discovery. Whether you are seeking deeper self-love, emotional healing, spiritual connection or simply time to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly welcomed into circle.

1:1 Sacred Cacao Journey

This private one-on-one experience is a deeply intuitive journey, lovingly designed around your unique intentions and where you are on your healing path.
Working alongside the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao, we may explore inner child healing, higher self connection, soul retrieval, past life exploration, self-worth, emotional healing, or gently bring awareness to patterns and beliefs that no longer align with the life you wish to create.
Guided by the wisdom of the Andean traditions, we open sacred space, connect with the four directions and invite the support of spirit allies through prayer, meditation, energy healing and Spirit Breathwork. Energy healing is a gentle yet deeply restorative practice that supports your emotional, physical, spiritual and energetic wellbeing. Every session is intuitively guided and tailored specifically to you, creating a safe and nurturing space where your body, mind and soul can relax, restore and reconnect.
Drawing upon Reiki, Seichim, Karuna, Shamanic Practices, Crystal Therapy, and Intuitive Guidance, I work with your energy field to encourage deep relaxation, restore energetic balance and support your body's natural healing processes. As each session unfolds, I may be guided to work with chakra balancing, emotional blockages, recurring life patterns or karmic themes that are ready to be acknowledged and gently released.

90-Minute Energy Healing & Karmic Clearing
For those seeking a deeper healing experience, this extended session allows more time to gently explore emotional patterns, energetic blockages and karmic themes that may be influencing your life.
Along with everything included in the 60-minute session, we create space to explore what may no longer be serving you, supporting greater awareness, healing and energetic freedom. This session concludes with a personalised oracle card reading and intuitive messages to provide clarity, insight and guidance as you move forward.
This is a deeply personalised experience that combines intuitive energy healing with spiritual guidance, allowing you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and return to a place of greater balance and peace.

Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full session fee. In genuine emergency circumstances, I am happy to offer a one-time reschedule where possible.

Distance Mini Guidance Reading

Sometimes we simply need a little reassurance, a fresh perspective, or confirmation that we're moving in the right direction. A Mini Guidance Reading is designed to provide intuitive insight into your current energy and the path unfolding before you.
Working intuitively with your energy, Spirit and oracle cards, I channel the messages that are most aligned for you at the time of your reading. Every reading is unique, and I trust that what comes through is exactly what you are ready to receive.

Distance Energy Clearing and Reading
This beautiful combination can be done via distance which is just as powerful, beneficial and accurate, as in person.
All Energy Healing sessions can be experienced in person, live via Zoom, or as a distance healing from the comfort of your own home.
Energy is not limited by time or distance. During a distance healing, I connect intuitively with your energy using sacred symbols, Reiki, Seichim, Karuna and the healing modalities that are most aligned for you. Just like an in-person session, I work with your energy field to support balance, relaxation, chakra alignment and energetic clearing.
If you choose a distance healing, I ask that you email me a recent photo along with any intentions or areas of your life you would like support with before your appointment. If you prefer, I can simply work intuitively, allowing the healing to unfold according to what your energy needs most.
Following your session, you will receive a personalised PDF containing any intuitive guidance, healing insights, cards pulled and any messages that came through during your healing. If your session is held via Zoom, we will also have time to connect before and after your healing to discuss your experience.
