About Me

Hi and welcome to my page, my name is Kristy.

 I am an accredited Reiki, Seichim, Karuna Master/Teacher and Cacao Ceremonialist Facilitator, specialising in Somatic and Holotropic Breathwork and Meditation. My biggest passion is to hold space for people and guide them into self love, self acceptance and self belief. I offer a safe and nurturing space for full self exploration, to unpack and discover what lays within your body and heart.  For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated with all things metaphysical and spiritual. My love for crystals and oracle cards grew and my passion for helping and empowering people evolved. I have discovered tools and other healing modalities on my own self healing journey, leading to the creation of Holistic Heart Healing. I continue to work on my own spiritual and personal growth, as I feel it enables me to be the best possible version of myself. Early 2020 I was re-attuned to Reiki 1, and soon followed with Reiki 2. I then went on to do my Reiki Masters. I continue to learn and grow my skill set. I have completed a Seichim and Karuna Masters course, psychic/mediumship development courses and was initiated into the angelic realms. I am now a student of a very beautiful and sacred Andean Lineage, the 7 Rays and practice their ancient ways daily. I work with the elements, spirit animals and "Apu's" mountians. These are my biggest supporters in my path of service. 

I have gained knowledge in numerology, along with completing various spiritual workshops, online masterclasss and business programs. I strive to heal and educate my clients through energy healings, readings, 1:1 powerful immersions and shamanic ritual and ceremonies. I offer intuitive and channelled messages from spirit and past loved ones. I feel truly blessed that I can be a channel for these healings to take place.
