About Me

Welcome, and thank you for being here.

I'm Kristy, founder of Holistic Heart Healing, Spiritual Mentor, Energy Healer, Spirit Breathwork Facilitator, Akashic Record Reader and Ceremonial Cacao Guide.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: we all carry an incredible capacity to heal, grow and remember who we truly are. Sometimes we simply need a safe space, gentle guidance and the right support to reconnect with that wisdom.

Creating that space is my greatest passion.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the spiritual and metaphysical world. What began as a curiosity for crystals, oracle cards and energy healing gradually became a deeply personal healing journey—one that transformed not only my own life, but ultimately inspired the creation of Holistic Heart Healing.

Like many of the people I now support, my path has been one of growth, challenge, healing and self-discovery. This is why I approach every session with compassion, authenticity and a deep respect for each person's unique journey.

Over the years, I have immersed myself in the study of many healing traditions, including Reiki, Seichim, Karuna, Spirit Breathwork, Meditation, Psychic and Mediumship development, Akashic Records, Ceremonial Cacao and the Sacred Andean Seven Rays lineage. I continue to honour these teachings through my own daily practice, walking the path as both a lifelong student and practitioner.

Rather than following a fixed formula, I work intuitively, allowing each session to unfold according to what is most supportive for you. Whether through energy healing, breathwork, Akashic Records, spiritual guidance, ceremony or mentorship, my intention is always the same—to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and peace.

I don't believe healing is something that is done to you. I believe the wisdom to heal already exists within you. My role is simply to hold a grounded, compassionate space where you feel safe enough to reconnect with your own intuition, strength and inner knowing.

It is an honour to witness people remember who they are, open their hearts, and create meaningful transformation in their lives.
