Welcome to Holistic Heart Healing. I'm so grateful you're here. My name is Kristy, and I believe that within each of us lies an incredible capacity to heal, grow and remember who we truly are.
At Holistic Heart Healing, I offer a heart-led approach that supports the whole person—mind, body and spirit. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking deeper purpose, moving through grief, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, experiencing a spiritual awakening, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly welcomed here.
My work intuitively weaves together energy healing, Spirit Breathwork, Akashic Record readings, Psychic and Mediumship guidance, Ceremonial Cacao, Sacred Ceremony, and Earth-Based Wisdom.
Every session is unique because every person's journey is unique. Rather than following a fixed formula, I allow each experience to unfold in alignment with what is most supportive for you.
Over many years, I have devoted myself to studying and embodying a range of healing traditions, including Reiki, Seichim, Karuna, the Andean Seven Rays Lineage, Breathwork, and Spiritual Development. These teachings have become the foundation of a deeply intuitive practice that honours your own inner wisdom and innate ability to heal.
My role is not to heal you—I believe that wisdom already lives within you. My role is to create a safe, compassionate and grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and step forward with greater clarity, peace and confidence.Whether we connect in person or online, my intention is always the same: to help you feel seen, supported and empowered as you return home to your heart.
